Refuge Support Worker

Job description:

DASU is a specialist organisation supporting people who experience domestic abuse. We are looking for a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual who will appreciate the varied challenges that this role will bring.

Due to the nature of the work, applicants must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle with valid business insurance.

Women only need apply under schedule 9 (Part 1) of the Equality Act.

1 x 37.5 Hours per week in Denbighshire and Conwy. Core hours are 09:00 – 16:30 Monday – Friday. However we have late working on a rota basis until 18:00.

Salary

£14.10 per hour

To provide support to men, women and children living in refuge accommodation who have experienced domestic abuse
